KEEPSCORE^® ANNOUNCES PORTUGUESE TRANSLATION EDITION OF ITS KEEPSCORE BASEBALL/SOFTBALL SCOREBOOK

New for 2014, KeepScore can provide translated version as an option on bulk orders

Beaver Falls, PA, USA, August 11, 2014…USA-based KeepScore^®, publishers of the KeepScore Baseball/Softball Scorebook, have announced that a Portuguese translated edition is now available as an option for Brazilian leagues and teams that are interested in purchasing them in bulk quantities. Often used as fan appreciation gifts to promote attendance, the KeepScore Baseball/Softball Scorebooks are used to stimulate interest in the game, as well as to instruct fans on the finer points of tracking the action on the field.

“When baseball fans learn how easy and fun it is to score along during the game, we find that they become more intensely interested,” said co-founder Kevin Lane. “Attendees feel as though they are more a part of the action on the field and more an integral part of the game. This effect serves to convert casual fans into avid fans. In addition, keeping score helps improve understanding of the game and educates fans on its finer points.”

The KeepScore Baseball/Softball Scorebook is the most comprehensive, most complete, most detailed and easiest to use baseball scorebook available anywhere. Its larger format provides bigger, more readable graphics and more statistical categories. It includes a unique rolling pitch count feature that enables scorekeepers to track balls, strikes, ends of at-bats, ends of innings and pitcher changes.

With score sheets for 24 games, it has room for 45 batting positions, so that a scorekeeper almost never will have to use a second score sheet to accommodate substitutions. It also provides scoring for 12 innings, because seldom do extra-inning games ever end at 10.
